If you run a print business, the Print Network connects you with sellers who need their orders fulfilled.
- Receive print orders — MeshX routes orders from Create sellers to you based on your subscription tier and capacity.
- Claim and produce — browse available orders, claim the ones that match what you can produce, and fulfil them on your schedule.
- Get paid automatically — your earnings are split by Stripe at the point of sale and paid directly into your connected Stripe account. No invoicing.
- Grow with demand — upgrade your tier to receive more orders per day and get priority access to the surplus queue.

MeshX is built by MeshX Software Ltd (UK). This page explains exactly what we do and don't do on each platform — the same wording we use in our developer portal applications.
Etsy Etsy Open API v3
- OAuth 2.0 — we only access your Etsy shop after you explicitly authorise MeshX.
- Listings, images & inventory — MeshX Create publishes and updates listings, images, and inventory you choose to sync.
- Orders for fulfilment — MeshX Print Network reads order data you authorise so your print partner can produce and ship. This is under your direction only.
- Shop Manager — listing and inventory management through the official Open API v3. We do not claim Etsy Conversations/inbox automation.
- Sales & promotions — we do not claim an API to create Etsy shop-wide sales. Sellers use Etsy's own tools for that.

eBay eBay Sell APIs
- OAuth 2.0 — we only access your eBay account after you explicitly authorise MeshX. We never store eBay usernames or passwords.
- Listings & inventory — MeshX Create uses the eBay Sell Inventory API to create and update listings you approve.
- Orders for fulfilment — MeshX Print Network uses the eBay Sell Fulfillment API to read orders you route into Print Network.
- Shop Manager — Account API for seller-authorised settings; Inventory API for listing management.
- What we don't do — no collecting eBay credentials; no cross-seller statistics; no scraping eBay; no iFrame embedding.
MeshX complies with the eBay API License Agreement. Standard eBay fees apply; MeshX charges a separate subscription.

TikTok Shop TikTok Shop Open API

- Orders for fulfilment — MeshX Print Network uses the Order API to read orders you route into Print Network for production and shipping.
- Privacy — all TikTok Shop data handled by MeshX is processed in line with our privacy policy and TikTok Shop’s API Terms.

How your earnings work
Your net earnings are fixed at onboarding. When a seller's customer pays, Stripe splits the payment automatically — your share lands in your Stripe account. You never handle a processing fee or invoice anyone.
Surplus orders
When order volume exceeds your daily cap, MeshX sends a push notification. You can claim surplus orders at any time. Higher-tier printers get first access to the surplus queue.

These are the fulfilment costs charged to you when an order is produced and shipped. Shipping is calculated separately at checkout. All prices include the garment, printing, and production.

Important — marketplace payment holds
Etsy, eBay, TikTok Shop, and Amazon typically hold funds for 4–6 weeks on new seller accounts. Make sure you have funds available to cover your production costs before your marketplace releases payment. MeshX charges for fulfilment when an order is processed — not when your marketplace pays out.

No. MeshX Create is built for sellers, not designers. You describe what you want in plain language and the AI does the design work. You choose what you like and move it forward into your listings.
No. Most sellers start with MeshX Create alone. Shop Manager adds multi-channel management as you grow. Print Network is for when you want a print partner to handle fulfilment.
No extra subscription charge. Your Create subscription covers the software. When a customer orders your product, you pay the production cost shown in the pricing table above — that’s a per-order fulfilment cost, not a software fee.
MeshX shows you your production cost per item. You set the retail price. As a general guide, most successful sellers price at 2.5–3× their production cost to cover marketplace fees (typically 10–15%) and generate a profit.
All major marketplaces hold funds for new sellers — typically 4–6 weeks — while they build up your account record. This is a marketplace policy, not a MeshX policy. Make sure you have funds available to cover production costs during this initial period.
Yes. AI can occasionally produce images that resemble trademarked or copyrighted material without you realising it. You are responsible for reviewing every design before listing it for sale. MeshX cannot check designs for intellectual property issues on your behalf.
The one-time £349 fee covers your onboarding as a fulfilment partner: reviewing your production capabilities, connecting your Stripe account, and activating your account on the MeshX order routing system. Print Network intake is controlled — we open slots as Create user demand grows.
